Ember's Journey 

Sheena was born and raised primarily in Ohio and Mississippi, where her journey of exploration began early through travel and professional pursuits. With a diverse background, including a long career in the casino industry, Sheena cultivated a love for storytelling inspired by her experiences and eclectic interests. She enjoys reading, watching classic films, and immersing herself in the music of the 1980s.

In 2005, Hurricane Katrina deeply impacted Sheena’s life, bringing the devastating loss of family and friends. Among her mother’s final words was a heartfelt belief that Sheena would one day become a writer—a prophecy that stayed with her through the years. Embracing her mother’s vision, Sheena embarked on her writing journey, channeling her travels around the world and life experiences into her work. Her debut novel is now in the querying stages, ready to make its mark on the literary world.
